Ten Thousand Things Theater presents The Spitfire Grill
Join Voices of Hope at this Minneapolis production of The Spitfire Grill, a musical that tells the story of a formerly incarcerated person who is in search of a fresh start and lands a job at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill in small-town Wisconsin.
Mile in My Shoes Annual 5K Race
We are so excited to repeat this annual featured performance this spring! Mile in My Shoes leads running programs in homeless shelters, addiction recovery programs, and re-entry centers for people exiting incarceration. For the past few years, Voices of Hope has provided music to kick off their annual 5K run, and we’re honored to have been invited back! We hope you can join us to sing. Many of us stay afterwards to run or walk the 5K together, but if you’re not a runner, don’t worry – there’s no need to sign up for the race in order to join the choir.
Amicus "Champions of Change" Gala Performance
Interested in singing with Voices of Hope at an event on the outside? Save the date for the second annual “Champions of Change” event hosted by Amicus, a program that helps people reconnect and rebuild as they’re transitioning out of incarceration. Voices of Hope will be the special musical guest for the second year in a row, and we’d love to have you join us!
ACDA Performance of Voices of Hope Alum's Composition
Join us at the annual ACDA Honors Choir performance, where the high school tenor & bass ensemble will be performing a piece written by Voices of Hope alum Lia Pearson! Lia wrote “Just Believe With Me” in early 2020 while she was incarcerated at the Shakopee facility and singing with Voices of Hope on the inside. Lia has since been released from prison and has joined Voices of Hope for multiple performances of “Just Believe With Me” on the outside. The ACDA performance on February 17 will be the debut of the TTBB arrangement of “Just Believe With Me.” Come cheer on Lia as her piece reaches this new audience!

The 7th annual Mile in My Shoes (MiMS) 5K is coming up on June 10!
MiMS leads running programs in homeless shelters, addiction recovery programs, and re-entry centers for people exiting incarceration. Voices of Hope is excited to sing at the kickoff of their 7th annual 5K in Downtown Minneapolis – we hope you can join us!

Rising Tide
Join us at Sundin Hall in St. Paul for this collaboration with ENCORE! and See Change Treble Choir. This concert explores the realities of the experience of incarceration, especially for women.

Join our friends at Minnesota Second Chance Coalition for the 15th annual Day on the Hill. Help support second chances for people impacted by the criminal legal system through this day of action!
